Basic Package
7 sessions (3 months)

The Basic Package includes 7 personalized sessions over three months, each 30-45 minutes, focused on helping you set and achieve a wellness goal. Together, we'll create a plan tailored to your specific concerns, building healthier habits, managing stress, and improving overall well-being. With ongoing support and accountability, this package is ideal for those looking to jumpstart or boost improvements in a specific area pertaining to movement, nutrition, fitness, mental resilience, and lifestyle balance.

Build Package
13 sessions (6 months)
$1,000
The Build Package offers 13 personalized sessions over six months, providing focused support to create lasting change. Each 30-45 minute session addresses your unique needs and will dive deeper in to areas of stress management, mental resilience, nutrition, movement, and overall wellness. With personalized guidance, accountability, and actionable strategies, this package helps you build sustainable habits for long-term health and balance.

Balance Package
25 sessions + additional resources (12 months)
$1,725
The Balance Package offers 25 sessions over 12 months, providing comprehensive, long-term support with a holistic, 360-degree approach to your health and wellness. Each 30-45 minute session is tailored to your unique goals. We will mindfully attend to stress management, while also looking to optimizing nutrition, movement, sleep, emotional and relational wellness. With ongoing guidance, accountability, and personalized strategies, this package empowers you to create sustainable changes across multiple areas of well-being and build a more balanced, thriving life. Additional resources and small gifts are included to support your journey.

Jenni Cockerham
My passion is to help others become the healthiest versions of themselves.
I am a behavioral change specialist with 20 years of experience in various service industries. I guide clients in enhancing their physical, mental and emotional health and wellness.
My experience on Young Life staff taught me the joy of walking alongside others and truly sharing life with them. My years as a personal trainer showed me that the body keeps the score and that caring for our physical health impacts every part of who we are. Mentoring adolescents in the United States and abroad and guiding young professionals has shown me the power of encouragement and growth at every stage. As a parent to three amazing kids, I have learned that being present is one of the most powerful things we can offer. All of these roles have taught me to see life through the lens of whole person health because caring for body, mind, and spirit is what matters most.
Life can be challenging to navigate, and I’m deeply grateful for the mentors who have walked with me along my journey. This has inspired me to be a guide for others.
I am a mindbodygreen institute certified Health and Wellness Coach* and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.
*National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching Certification anticipated November 2025.
